Judgment M. M. KUMAR, J. 1. The prayer made is for quashing order dated January 18, 2006 (P7) whereby the services of the petitioner have been terminated. It is admitted position that the petitioner has been working since October, 2005 on 89 days basis. No interference of this Court would be warranted in view of the judgment of the HON BLE Supreme Court in the case of Secretary, state of Karnataka and others Vs. Uma Devi and others, JT 2006 (4) SC 420 and a Division Bench judgment of this Court in C. W. P. No.7563 of c. W. P. No.9733 of 2006 [2] 2005 (Rajinder Kumar Vs. State of Haryana and others) decided on april 25, 2006. Dismissed.
