Judgment 1. Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.90 dated 29.4.2003, registered under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code, at police Station Nawanshahar, Distt. Nawanshahar. Mr. B. S. Baath, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from Head Constable Jaswant Rai, Police Station Nawanshahar, submits that upon investigation, the petitioner has been found innocent and no action is proposed to be taken against the petitioner, as the police is in the process of filing a cancellation report. 2. Counsel for the complainant states that he has no objection to the above statement. In view of the aforementioned statement, counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
