Judgment Viney Mittal and j. JJ. 1. The petitioner claims that a certificate of Secondary school Examination was issued to her which contained incorrect details. The aforesaid certificate was submitted by the petitioner to the National Institute of Open Schooling for correction in the year 2003. However, no action has been taken thereafter so far. From the perusal of the record, we find that the petitioner has already filed a representation (Annexure P.4) which still remains unresponded. 2. Consequently, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Regional Director, National Institute of Open schooling, Regional Centre, YMCA Complex, Chandigarh, respondent No.3 to take a final decision upon the representation (Annexure P.4) within a period of three months from the date a cwp NO.9693 of 2006 -2-certified copy of this order is received, by passing a detailed speaking order. A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
