Learned State counsel has placed on record a copy of the communication dated March 28, 2006 stating that the relief sought by the petitioners has been granted by the respondents vide order dated July 22, 2005. A copy of the order dated July 22, 2005 has also been attached with c. W. P. No.548 of 2006 [2] the aforesaid communication, which are taken on record as Mark a and Mark b. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
