Judgment M. M. KUMAR. J. 1. Learned counsel for the parties have agreed that petitioner No.11 Shri Ramesh Kumar son of Shri Ram Chander have the higher qualification in the same line and as per the interim direction issued by the Division Bench, vide order dated 29.3.2000, he was interviewed and selected. He was also provisionally appointed as he had the qualification of B. P. Ed/d. P. Ed. It has also been conceded that the controversy is covered by a Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Multan Singh V/s. State of haryana, 2004 (3) RSJ 611. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition is allowed in respect of petitioner No.11, namely, Shri Ramesh Kumar son of Shri ram Chander, who has been selected and appointed provisionally as his qualification has been found to be in the same line in accordance with the view expressed by the Division Bench in Multan Singhs case (supra ). In respect of remaining petitioners the petition is dismissed being without merit.
