Judgment SURYA KANT, J. 1. The petitioner filed CWP No.16321 of 2005 which was disposed of by a division Bench of this Court on October 18, 2005 with the direction that the petitioner may make a representation within one week which shall be considered by the competent authority within 10 days thereafter. Non compliance of the aforesaid order prompted the petitioner to initiate the contempt proceedings. 2. In response to the show cause notice, an affidavit has been filed by Sh. Sarvesh Kaushal, IAS, Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of School education and along with the said affidavit, copy of the speaking order dated May 15, 2006 passed by the Director Public Instructions (SE), Punjab, Chandigarh has been appended. In this view of the matter, petitioners representation, in terms of the directions issued by this Court, has been considered and disposed of, warranting no further action in the contempt proceeding. The same is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the speaking order, referred to above, if so desired. Rule is discharged.
