Judgment Viney Mittal and j. JJ. 1. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents inform the Court that the identical controversy challenging the same selection involved in CWP No.15766 of 2004 has been dismissed by this Court on May 1, 2006. In view of the aforesaid fact, the present petition is also dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the main writ petition, the civil miscellaneous application is rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
