Judgment Viney Mittal and j. JJ. 1. The petitioner Trust has approached this Court seeking primarily a writ of Certiorari for quashing the communication dated june 21, 2006 (Annexure P.15) whereby the agreement of lease for a period of 33 years dated June 13, 2003 executed by respondent No.4 urban Improvement Company Pvt. Ltd. in favour of the petitioner trust has been cancelled. 2. We have heard Shri M. S. Khaira, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and with his assistance have also gone through the record of the case. We are satisfied that the dispute being raised by the petitioner Trust is essentially a dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.4 Urban Improvement Company Pvt. Ltd. In this view of the matter, the petitioner cannot be permitted to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court for quashing the communication dated June 21, 2006 (Annexure P.15) issued by company respondent no.4, whereby the lease in favour of the petitioner Trust has been cancelled. The appropriate remedy of the petitioner Trust would be before the Civil Court, if so advised. Disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
