Judgment :- (Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus, directing the respondents to produce the detenu 1. Devan, son of Munikan, 2.Raji, son of Krishnan, before this Court and set them at liberty.) Common Order: (P. Sathasivam, J.) Heard both sides. 2. Learned Government Advocate, on instruction, reports that the detenus/persons concerned in these Habeas Corpus Petitions and another person were arrested on 02.02.2006 in respect of Crime No.244 of 2005 on the file of Vadaponparapi Police Station, Villupuram District, for offences under Sections 457 and 380 IPC. and that Judicial Magistrate, Sangarapuram, remanded all of them on 03.02.2006 and they are confined in Central Prison, Cuddalore. 3. In view of the above information, we are of the view that no further adjudication is required in the above Habeas Corpus Petitions and accordingly, they are closed.
