Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail. Vide order of this Court dated 2.5.2006, it was ordered that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail, subject to the conditions, enumerated therein. 2. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined investigation and, therefore, the aforementioned order be made absolute. Counsel for the respondent, on instructions from ASI Ram prakash, Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra, does not deny the aforementioned fact and states that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of what has been stated above, the order of this Court dated 2.5.2006 is made absolute, subject to the provisions of Sec.438 of the Cr. P. C. The present petition stands disposed of accordingly.
