Judgment M. M. KUMAR. J. 1. On April 21, 2006, we have granted an adjournment to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in order to enable him to place on record documentary evidence to show the genuineness of the certificate (P-1)issued by the Central Board of Higher Education which is admittedly a private body. He was further required to show that the aforementioned board has been authorized to hold examination by any Board of the Central government/ State Government or any other statutory body. The matter was fixed for hearing today. However, the needful has not been done. 2. In this view of the matter, learned counsel requests for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing detail particulars as required vide order dated April 21, 2006. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.
