Judgment G.S. Sarraf, J.-Heard Mr. K.N. Tiwari, learned Counsel for the appellant and Mr. Virendra Agarwal, learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 3. 2. The short controversy involved in this case is that whether the compensation awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jaipur City Jaipur by its Judgment dated 09.02.2006 is fair and adequate. 3. The Tribunal has awarded Rs. 30,000/-for loss of two teeth for which Dr. M.K. Mathur, AW-2 has deposed that the claimant suffered permanent disability to the extent of 12% 4. Looking to the nature of the injuries, extent of disability and considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, the amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal appears to be just and reasonable and there is no ground for enhancement. 5. Thus, the appeal fails and the same is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
