Judgment :- (Telegram dated 28.09.2005, sent by the petitioner, stating that her husband and son-in-law, by name Naidu Kumar and P. Raja, were illegally detained by the Sub Inspector of Police and Special Party, Villupuram, and seeking for necessary action, taken on file as a habeas corpus petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.) P. Sathasivam, J. Heard Mr. K. Chandru, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate for the respondent. 2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the husband and son-in-law of the petitioner secured an order of bail and pursuant to that, they have been released. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the relief prayed for, it would not be appropriate to agitate the same in this Habeas Corpus Petition, and he seeks liberty to pursue the same by way of appropriate proceedings. 3. This Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate forum if she so desires for any other relief, if the same is permisible under law.
