Judgment 1. Prayer in this petition is, for directing the respondents not to harass and humiliate the petitioners and to comply with the provisions of section 160 Cr. P. C. Counsel for the State of Punjab, on instructions from Head constable Jagjit Singh, Police Station Tarn Taran, submits that the respondents are not harassing the petitioners. FIR No.121 dated 14.9.2005 has been registered against the petitioners under Sections 420,467,468,471,120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sadar tarn Taran, Distt. Amritsar. The petitioners have been released on anticipatory bail by this Court and as of date, the petitioners are not wanted in any other case and are not being called to the police station. In view of the aforementioned statement, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
