Judgment 1. Counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners no.1 and 2 are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant, whereas petitioners no.3 and 4 are brother and sister-in-law of the husband. It is contended that a matrimonial dispute between the complainant and her husband, led the husband to file a petition for divorce on 1.12.2005, As a counter blast, the complainant has lodged the present FIR No.121 on 10.3.2006. 2. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab for 1.9.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :- i)that they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required ; ii)that they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; iii)that they shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
