Judgment 1. This application has been moved for condonation of delay of 283 days in filing the appeal. 2. In view of the reasons given in this application and the fact that the same is accompanied by an affidavit, it is allowed. Delay stands condoned. 3. On request, appeal is taken up on Board for hearing. It is apparent from the records that the appellant is not denying the relationship of master and servant so far as the deceased is concerned. 4. Even, it is not open to the appellant to make any grievance regarding quantum of compensation as the award is not against the appellant. During arguments, it transpires that the petitioner has filed this appeal only because in the appeal filed by the Insurance Company, some stay has been granted qua payment of interest. If that is so, the petitioner may move an application for vacation of that order. No case is made out to interfere in the award passed, at the instance of the appellant. Dismissed.
