Judgment 1. Vide order, under challenge, application of the petitioner to implead him as one of the defendants, in pending suit, was partly allowed by ordering that he be impleaded as legal representative of deceased Ujjagar singh, on the basis of Will pleaded by him in his favour. It obviously means that he is allowed to defend the suit on the basis of said Will. No case is made out for interference. --- *** ---
