Judgment 1. Vide order, under challenge, application of the petitioner, to lead additional evidence, was dismissed. 2. It is apparent from the records that evidence which the petitioner now intends to lead by way of additional evidence, was very much in the knowledge of the petitioner and could have been produced when he was leading evidence in affirmative. No case is made out for interference.
