Judgment G. S. SARRAF, J. ( 1 ) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant and the learned public Prosecutor and also perused the material made available to me during arguments. ( 2 ) THE applicant was arrested on 18. 7. 2006 and he is in custody since then. Challan has been filed and charges have been framed. ( 3 ) TAKING into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case i deem it just and proper to release the accused applicant on bail under Section 439 Cr. P. C. ( 4 ) IT is, therefore, ordered that the accused applicant Guru Dayal Singh s/o. Hari Singh in FIR No. 18/2006, Police station Jhotwara, Jaipur shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-with two surety bonds of Rs. 15. 000/-each (surety status verified by Tehsildar or any senior Revenue Officer] to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so during the pendency of the trial against him ). Bail Application allowed.
