Judgment 1. This contempt petition has been filed for violation of the interim order dated November 28, 2005. It is apparent from the record that the suit is still pending and that the trial Court is seized of the matter. 2. Parties are before the Court below, pleadings and documents are also available to it, under these circumstances, it will be desirable to relegate the petitioner to move an application under Order 39 Rule 2-A of CPC before that Court. In view of facts and circumstances of this case, it is expected that the trial Court will decide the application, if moved, in an expeditious manner. Contempt petition stands disposed of.
