Judgment ASHUTOSH MOHUNTA, J. 1. The relief claimed by the petitioner in the present petition has also been claimed by the petitioner by filing a representation (Annexure p5 ). It is prayed that the respondents be directed to decide the representation. Mr. Pradip Bhandari, learned counsel for the Improvement trust Hoshiarpur, submits that the resolution passed by the Improvement trust has been suspended by the Government and, therefore, as long as the matter is not decided by the Government, the Improvement Trust would not be in a position to decide the representation. 2. After hearing the counsel for the parties, we implead the State of Punjab as respondent No.5 and direct the Secretary, Local Bodies Punjab, chandigarh, to take a final decision on the resolution passed by the improvement Trust. In case the resolution passed by the Improvement Trust is accepted by the State Government then the representation of the petitioner shall be decided by the Chairman, Improvement Trust within a period of three months after the decision by the Government. Writ petition is disposed of.
