Judgment 1. Prayer in this petition is, for grant of anticipatory bail in case fir No.12 dated 22.1.2006, registered under Sections 148,149,452,506,323 and 307 of the Indian penal Code at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh, Distt. Jhajjar. Vide order of this Court dated 1.5.2006, it was observed that in case, the petitioners appear before the trial Court, within a fortnight, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the trial Court, subject to its satisfaction. Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and have been released on interim anticipatory bail. 2. Counsel for the respondent does not deny the aforementioned fact and states that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the statement made by counsel for the petitioners, the order of this Court dated 1.5.2006 is made absolute. The petitioners shall, however, furnish fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
