JUDGMENT 1. - The matter has come up on an application filed by the learned counsel for the parties for accepting compromise between the parties and acquitting accused-petitioner of the offence under Section 325 I.P.C. Accused-petitioner Nathuram has been found guilty by the learned Court below for the offence under Section 325 I.P.C. and has been convicted and sentenced for the same. 2. Pursuant to the Production Warrant issued vide order 9.10.2006 of this Court, accused-petitioner Nathuram is present before the Court in person. Complainant non-petitioner Moturam Saini is also present in person. 3. The parties having now come to a compromise have filed an application under Section 320(6) read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. for permission to compound the offence under Section 325 I.P.C. along with the compromise. The permission sought for is granted and the compromise is accepted which be kept on record. 4. Consequently, accused-petitioner Nathuram S/o Gidaram is acquitted of the offence under Section 325 I.P.C. on the basis of compromise. 5. The revision petitioner stands disposed of accordingly. 6. Accused-petitioner Nathuram S/o Gidaram be sent back to the District Jail Sikar with the direction to the Superintendent, District Jail Sikar to release him forthwith, if not required in any other case as he has been acquitted of the offence under Section 325 I.P.C. on the basis of a compromise.Petition disposed of. *******
