Judgment Viney Mittal and j. JJ. 1. The petitioner has approached this Court for striking out the condition No. ii in clause 7 of the prospectus which lays down the eligibility criteria of 50% marks in qualifying examination equivalent to 10+2 of PSEB/cbse/icse in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. From the perusal of the record, we find that the aforesaid prospectus/information book was released by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, respondent No.1 in the month of March/april 2006. In this view of the matter, once admission process had initiated after the release of the aforesaid prospectus, it is too late in the day for the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid eligibility criteria, once the admission process has almost finalised. Dismissed. A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
