Judgment M. M. KUMAR, J. 1. Order dated 24.6.2006 (P-3), transferring the petitioner, is subject matter of challenge in the instant petition. Before approaching the Court, the petitioner has not made any representation ventilating his grievance before the authorities. The petitioner is, therefore, relegated to the remedy of departmental representation. If any such representation is made within two weeks under Registered a. D. then the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law within next period of two weeks. The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
