Judgment 1. Prayer in the present petition, filed under Sec.482 of the cr. P. C, is for quashing of FIR No.92, dated 17.6.2003, registered under section 420 of the IPC, at Police Station Kotkapura, District Faridkot. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, on account of a case of mistaken identity. The petitioner was never employed with Mr. Dinesh Gupta. On the fateful day, the petitioner was present in the office of Mr. Dinesh Gupta in connection with some business. The complainant mistook him for an employee of mr. Gupta, leading to the implication of the petitioner. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the paper book. 2. As disputed questions, as to the identity of the petitioner, are involved, these questions are best left to the wisdom of the trial Court. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed.
