Order Petitioner is challenging the order which was passed in 2000 whereby the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been rejected. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that said rejection letter was not communicated to the petitioner. Admitted facts is that petitioner's father died about 14-15 years back. Even assuming that the letter of rejection was not communicated to petitioner, it is strange to say that why the petitioner is sleeping for about 6 years. Having regard to fact that more than 15 years have passed, this Court cannot entertain the writ petition for compassionate appointment. Petitioner, if so advised, may move departmentally for redressal of the grievance.
