JUDGMENT M.M. Aggarwal, J. - As per allegations 80 kg. of poppy husk was recovered from the present petitioner and one more person. They were arrested under Section 15 of the NDPS Act. 2. On behalf of the State, it is stated that the quantity recovered was commercial quantity. 3. Petitioner is stated to be in custody for the last 11 months. Eighty kg. of poppy husk had been recovered from two persons. Recovery is not so heavy. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Petition allowed.
