JUDGMENT 1. - This appeal was dismissed in default on 16.5.2006. Thereafter the appeal was restored on 30.8.2006. In the instant case, interim order was passed on 4.4.1994 which was confirmed vide order dated 26.5.1994. On revival of the appeal, the stay granted in the appeal automatically stands revived.
