JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material made available to me during arguments. 2. Earlier the bail application of the applicants were dismissed by this Court by order dated 13.10.2006 and they were given liberty to move fresh bail application after filing of challan. Learned, PP admits that challan has been filed. 3. Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to release accused applicants on bail under Section 439 Cr.PC. 4. It is, therefore, ordered that the accused applicants (1) Amar Singh S/O. Hanuman Singh & (2) Indraj @ Inder Singh S/O. Hanuman Singh in FIR No. 220/2006, Police Station Gudhagorji, District Jhunjhunu shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with two surety bonds of Rs. 15,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court, with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so during the pendency of the trial against them.Bail Granted. *******
