Judgment , J. 1. Petitioner filed C. W. P No.12614 of 1994 which was allowed on 4th February, 2003 to the extent that he was held entitled for counting of his services from 13.5.1955 as well as for payment of salary for the period from 1.11.1991 to 4.2.1992. It was however directed that for the purpose of pensionary benefits, the services rendered by him upto 31.10.1991 only shall be taken into consideration. 2. Alleging non compliance of the aforesaid order this petition has been filed. 3. In response to the show cause notice the respondent has filed an affidavit along with documents Annexures R1 to R3. 4. It appears from the aforesaid affidavit and the documents attached thereto that both the relief granted by this Court have been released in favour of the petitioner. 5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the arrears have not been correctly calculated and revised pension has also not been paid w. e. f.1st Jan, 1996. 6. After hearing learned Counsel for the parties and having regard to the fact that the directions issues by this Court have been complied with by this count no action is required to be taken in this petition. It is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the competent authority for the remaining reliefs, if any and if any such representation is made by him within a period of one month, the competent authority shall consider the same objectively and dispose of as early as possible and preferably within four months.
