Judgment 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner challenged the order, as contained in annexure 10, issued vide letter No. 1813 dated 14.9.1991, whereby and whereunder I.A. trained scale, which was being paid to the petitioner, was stopped. The order passed in the year 1991 was, however, challenged in 2000 after nine years, but somehow or the other this application was entertained. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by virtue of the order, as contained in annexure 9, issued vide letter no. 1632 dated 24.8.1991, the Headmaster of the school was directed to pay I.A. trained scale to the petitioner, against which post he was appointed, but, immediately thereafter the order impugned was issued stopping his salary of I.A. trained scale pending inquiry. 4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents but full facts have not been disclosed as to what was the result of the inquiry and as to whether the petitioner was entitled to I.A. trained scale or not. 5. The matter, no doubt, is stale one, but this writ application has been entertained. 6. In that view of the matter, the petitioner, if so advised, may represent his case before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna ventilating his grievances, which would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. 7. With the direction/observation aforesaid, this application is, accordingly, disposed of.
