Judgment :- (Prayer: Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for the reliefs as stated therein.) This is a petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 30.10.2006 given by the petitioner and investigate the same according to law expeditiously. R. Regupathi, J. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that already civil litigation is pending between the parties and an enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent police and closed the case as 'Civil in nature'. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedies in this regard.
