Judgment :- (Prayer: Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for the reliefs as stated therein.) This is a petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 3.10.2005 and file final report. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is an accused for an offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The present petition has been filed as if the cheques, which are the subject matter of the case, have been stolen from him. The matter is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore, for enquiry. 3. Since the matter is pending before the learned Magistrate for enquiry, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
