JUDGMENT : After hearing counsel for the petitioner for some time we enquired from the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing before us on behalf of the respondent-U.O.I. as to whether the matter was inquired into by any authority. He stated that such an inquiry was conducted and the report disclosed that the allegations made by the petitioner are not true. We would like to look into the Inquiry Report and the connected documents, if any. We, therefore, direct the respondent-U.O.I. to produce before us the entire file containing the Inquiry Report and material, if any, collected in connection therewith. 2. Put up this matter on 19th April, 2006.
