Judgment , J. 1. The petitioner has approached this Court for quashing the impugned order dated February 25, 2006 (Annexure P-4) by which the petitioner has been dismissed from service on the ground that he has been convicted by the learned Special Judge, Panipat in a criminal case. The petitioner has challenged the aforesaid dismissal order on the ground that the dismissal order against the petitioner is a subject matter of a criminal appeal before this Bench and the aforesaid criminal appeal has been admitted and the sentence of the petitioner has been suspended in the aforesaid criminal appeal. 2. However, we are satisfied that the fact that the petitioner has been released on bail will not affect his dismissal orders. 3. Dismissed. 4. However, if the petitioner gets relief in the criminal appeal, he would be at liberty to approach this Court yet again.
