Judgment , J. 1. The petitioner filed CWP No.16627 of 1999, which was disposed of on 7.2.2000 with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim for regularization of his services in terms of the government instructions as well as the judgment of this Court in the case of Anand Kumar V/s. HUDA 1997 (1) PLR 626. 2. It appears that in compliance to the aforesaid order, the case of the petitioner was considered and his services were regularized with effect from 19.3.1997 though, according to the petitioner, he is entitled to be regularized with effect from 1.2.1996. The petitioner thereafter filed second writ petition bearing No.15423 if 2005 which was disposed of 26.9.2005 with a direction to the respondents, "to take a decision on the legal notice", which the petitioner had already served, by passing a speaking order within a period of two months. 3. Undisputedly, in compliance to the aforesaid direction, the third respondent has passed a speaking order dated 22.11.2005, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-5. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that since while rejecting his claim for retrospective regularization of services with effect from 1.2.1996, the said respondent has ignored the binding judicial precedents, action deserves to be taken against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act. 5. After hearing Learned Counsel for the petitioner, and having regard to the fact that in the later writ petition, the only direction was to consider the petitioners legal notice and to dispose of the same by passing a speaking order and the said direction has since been complied with by respondent No.3, this contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the aforesaid speaking order before an appropriate forum, if so advised. 6. Disposed of.
