Judgment 1. This is an application for pre-poning the date. In view of the reasons given in the application, it is allowed and date in Civil Revision No.3099 of 2006 is pre-poned from 22.5.2006 to today. 2. It is apparent from the records that vide order under challenge, application of the petitioner to get custody of the minor was dismissed. 3. Records clearly reveals that for the same relief, earlier also one application was moved, that was dismissed vide order dated 18.11.2004. Abovementioned order has not been challenged and, as such, has become final. In view of the above, no case is made out for interference.
