Judgment 1. During arguments, it has been brought to the notice of the court that no order has been passed by the Court below on application (Annexure P/2 ). 2. Disposed of with a hope that the Court below shall pass an order on the application, referred to above on or before the next date of hearing, after taking note of the ratio of judgment of Honble Supreme court in National Insurance Company Limited V/s. Swaran Singh and other, 2004-1 PLR 510.
