Judgment 1. Vide order under challenge, during pendency of the proceedings under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, respondentmother, by way of interim measure, has been allowed to meet the child, whose custody is in dispute, once a month, i. e. , on last Saturday of the month between 3 PM to 5 PM in the Court room. This Court is of the view that the interim order passed is perfectly justified and needs no interference at this stage. Dismissed.
