Judgment 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner has prayed for quashing of order dated 26.1.2000, issued vide memo no. 496 by respondent no. 4, whereby and whereunder his claim for graduate trained scale and also for promotion on the post of Headmaster has been rejected. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner earlier was given graduate trained scale by virtue of the order, as contained in annexure 4 dated 22.7.1991, but the same was cancelled for the reasons best known to the authorities. The petitioner thereafter moved this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11020 of 1996 and the same was disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to represent his case and now on representation prayer of the petitioner has been rejected. 4. From annexure 1, it appears that the petitioner is placed at serial no. 194 in the gradation list, whereas persons up to serial no. 38 of the gradation list have been given graduate trained scale in Arts subjects. It further appears that the order, as contained in annexure 1 is based on some reasons, and, the petitioner is much below in the queue and therefore, the authorities were wholly justified in not granting him graduate trained scale. 5. In this view of the matter, I find no infirmity in the order impugned. 6. For the reasons aforementioned, this application is dismissed.
