ORDER (ORAL) Hemant Gupta, J. - The plaintiff is in second appeal arising out of a suit for possession claiming pre-emptory right in terms of Section 22 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. 2. The learned Courts below have recorded a finding that Section 22 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 is not applicable to the agricultural land. In the said finding, reliance has been pleased on a judgment of Divison Bench of this Court, “1970 PLJ-587, Jaswant and others versus Basanti Devi”. 3. In view of the said Division Bench judgment, I do not find any substantial question of law arises in this case when the land in respect of which pre-empted right is sought, is agricultural land. 4.
