Since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasions, when the writ petition was taken up for final hearing, it was posted under the caption for dismissal, on 20.12.2006. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
