Judgment Viney Mittal, J. 1. Concededly, the civil suit filed by the petitioner-Company is still pending before the trial Court. It has also been claimed by the petitioner-Company that an interim order has been passed in favour of the petitioner-Company by the trial Court. Even an application filed under order 39 Rule 2-A read with Sec.151 of CPC is pending consideration before the trial Court. In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. The petitioner may seek its appropriate remedies before the Civil Court, if so advised. Disposed of accordingly.
