Judgment 1. The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in a non-bailable offence in case FIR No.96 dated 21.7.2006 under Sections 447/427/506/ 452/379/148/149 IPC, registered at Police Station Ajnala, have filed this petition under Sec.438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of anticipatory bail. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press this petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
