Judgment 1. This is a petition for cancellation of bail. It is contended that thumb impression of Puran Singh is required to be taken to establish the commission of offence which is not being done by the investigating agency. If so advised, the petitioner may approach the Senior superintendent of Police, Kapurthala, for appropriate relief. The petition is dismissed.
