Judgment 1. The petitioner has filed this petition under Sec.482 of the code of Criminal Procedure for issuing direction to the court below to expedite the proceedings of complaint No.1200 of 2004, titled as Larsen and toubro Limited versus Manjit Singh, pending in the court of Judicial magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh. After hearing counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the fact that the complaint was filed just in the year 2004 and in view of the heavy pendency of cases before the subordinate courts, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be issued. Dismissed.
