Judgment 1. Petitioner Salman alias Sallu has filed this petition under section 439 Cr. P. C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.140 dated 10.4.2006 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 376 IPC at Police Station sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad. I have heard the counsel for the parties. In this case, the statement of the prosecutrix has not been recorded. In this situation, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to move again after recording of the statement of the prosecutrix. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
