Judgment 1. Petitioner Vineet @ Bunty apprehending his arrest in a nonbailable offence in case FIR No.243 dated 9.8.2006 registered under sections 406/420 IPC at Police Station Division No.6, Jalandhar, has filed this petition under Sec.438 Cr. P. C. for grant of anticipatory bail. I have heard the counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR as well as the order dated 13.9.2006 passed by the addl. Sessions Judge, Jalandhar. Keeping in view the nature of allegations, the detail of which has been given in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
