Judgment AJAI LAMBA, J. 1. This is a petition under Sec.438 Cr. P. C. for bail in a case lodged under Sections 420 and 406 IPC. Allegation against the petitioner and the co-accused is that they accepted money to send son of the complainant abroad. The son of the complainant was sent abroad, however, not to the country as promised. He was later deported. An agreement was executed for return of the amount within a period of six months, however, the same was also not done. No ground for anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
